Spiritual Nutrition...

Spiritual Nutrition is a chosen way of life that supports your true energy to be fully available. With the essence of this energetic perceived reality, you are more and more adjusting your choices of all that composes your lifestyle to one that resonates with this energy. Some people are born with this level of awareness and are attracted to the knowledge that supports this inner knowing, while others open to it as a result of life experiences.

The food we eat is a major component of how our energy functions.

When we eat a diet rich in live food from all organic sources, we are enriching our life experiences. Our thinking becomes more and more clear and our life choices naturally gravitate to the more life enhancing side of contrast.

Optimal Spiritual Nutrition suggests that we under eat high quality food at regular intervals. This form of nutrition oxygenates your cells and blood. This is life forces energy flowing throughout your body, bringing healing where it’s needs, organically.

Optimal Food Selection

1. Create a healthy, emotional relationship with your diet.
2. Take full responsibility for everything you choose to eat.
3. Size up your diet.
4. Select your foods in the spirit of the healing consciousness.
5. Select your foods on the basis of quality.
6. Fresh Living vs. Dead Lifeless
7. Whole, Unprocessed vs. Fragmented, Processed
8. Natural vs. Synthetic
9. Pure vs. Chemically Toxic
10. Organic vs. Chemically Fertilized
11. Raw vs. Cooked

Commit yourself to an intelligent, sound, humanistic, nutritional philosophy (the do's and don'ts).

The Do's (commit yourself to):

1. Pure, living fresh fruits
2. Pure, living fresh raw vegetables
3. Whole grains
4. Raw nuts, seeds, and nut butters
5. High-quality protein, fats, and carbohydrates

The Don'ts:

1. Refined carbohydrates and refined table sugars (chocolates, candies, ice cream, commercial deserts, cakes, doughnuts, pastries, cupcakes, jams, sugar, white rice, white pasta, and white bread.)
2. Canned, packaged, frozen, and processed foods (with toxic preservatives)
3. Salting your food
4. Hydrogenated cooking oils and refined oils
5. Hydrogenated fats
6. Hydrogenated nut butters
7. Red meat and its equivalent
8. Rich deserts
9. Greasy, fried, fatty foods
10. Excess protein, fat, or starch
11. Dairy products

Tobacco

Organize your meal selection according to balancing the right amount and the right kinds of the four major foods groups:

1. Simple natural carbohydrates = 50-65%
2. Fresh fruits
3. Fresh vegetables
2. Complex carbohydrates = 15%
3. Complex protein = 15 - 20%
4. Fat = 15 - 20%

To experience nutritional balance each time you eat, bring into harmony the four food groups at each meal:

1. Eat a fresh, living, raw salad at each meal by choosing at least 3 - 5 simple, natural carbohydrates with each meal.
2. Do not mix fruit with anything. Fruit is eaten in the morning only.
3. Choose to balance substantial amount of raw, fresh, food with one complete protein per meal.
4. Select at least one complex carbohydrate with 2/3 of your meals.
5. Limit yourself to one fat selection per meal,
6. The bottom line for nutritional balance is to select raw, living foods and a complete protein selection at each meal.

Nutritional supplements must be chosen with the same care and attention as you choose your food. Choose biologically alive, vital products, such as Wachters'.

Along with optimal nutrition, daily exercise (on the low or non-impact side) is very valuable. Yoga, rebounding, walking, swimming, bicycling, etc. are all wonderful choices. These exercises contribute to a well oxygenated body, mind, and spirit.

You are the creator of your perceived reality. Everything you think, speak, and do or don’t do defines your experiences. What you focus upon is what is most likely to manifest. Pay attention to your thoughts. If they are self-sabotaging, bless and release them, replacing them with what is healthy and productive for the manifestation of your cherished dreams.
