People come to The Wellspring "Journey to Health Realization Retreat" to heal their body, strengthen their mind, and enrich their spirit. Through our Integrated Health System , we educate you about the truth of self-healing. We guide you in discovering your path to wellness through our carefully blueprinted combination of natural life enhancing techniques. Our experiential program of detoxifying and nutritionally balancing your body will assist you in transforming non-productive lifetime habits.

COST:
$2,500 per week or $375 per day if less than a week and includes everything. Our retreats are individual and on-going. You decide the length of your stay. We require a non-refundable deposit of $500 per week. If necessary you may change your dates. *Billing statements will show Ohana Ho Aloha LLC.

We at The Wellspring wish to assist you in making your experience with us as wonderful as possible.

The Wellspring is a home-based healing/Journey to Health Realization Retreat. Since we only receive a maximum of 3 people at a time, we are able to dedicate ourselves to you and your special needs. For your comfort and well being we recommend wearing clothing of all natural fibers. Choose to bring all casual attire.

Your new diet consists of fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and nut butter, sprouts, seeds, and some grains. We recommend elimination of all animal products such as meat, eggs, and dairy; try to wean yourself from products containing caffeine (coffee, teas that aren't herbal, chocolate); avoid processed foods, food with chemicals, preservatives, or genetically altered. This will facilitate your transition to an enzyme-rich diet. For those already eating this way, you can best prepare for your "Tissue Cleansing/Cellular Balancing Program" by eliminating grains.

PLEASE NOTE:
Any type of food outside the specifications of our program, as well as items such as cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, and drugs are not allowed on the premises.

Bring any prescriptive medications you are currently taking.

Leave all supplements at home. The appropriate supplementation will be provided.

Before arrival, please advise us of any special needs or challenges you may have.

Due to the fact that this is not a medical facility, your insurance claims are likely to be denied.
